Our chefs have been very busy creating a mouth watering 3 course menu for our new and exclusive Supper club evening.

Once a month we will play host in the evening to bring you delectable dishes paired with beautiful wines served to your table

Join us on Wednesday the 21st of December for the launch of our very first Supper Club dining experience.

Starters

Chicken liver parfait, mulled wine jelly, candied walnuts, sourdough crackers

Salt baked celeriac veloute, chestnut cheese, caramelised onion & sage tuile

Smoked salmon & king prawn roulade, curried emulsion, cucumber pickle

Mains

Scottish venison wellington, buttered kale, smoked potato purée, braised red cabbage wedge, cranberry jus

Pan fried seabass, linguini arrabiatta, black olive tapanade, grana padano crisp

Half roasted Dijon cauliflower, Brie glaze, sweet red pepper compote, almond & orange cous cous

Desserts

Double chocolate fondant, vanilla ice cream

Christmas pudding cheesecake, orange textures
