Closed Terrarium Garden Workshop
May 1 @ 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm

This workshop is a gentle appointment with yourself. Enjoy it as a one-off evening or as part of a regular monthly ritual focused on creativity, connection and calm.
Step away from the busy and make space for something slower with this relaxed evening of hands-on making. Designed to feel unhurried and welcoming, this workshop is about switching off, spending time with friends and creating something beautiful to take home.
Led by Claire from Parkland Creative in a warm, private setting, you will design and build your own closed glass terrarium. A closed terrarium is a self-sustaining miniature garden that thrives within its own environment, making it an elegant and low-maintenance way to enjoy greenery at home.
You will work with a carefully curated selection of glass vessels, plants, mosses and natural materials, with gentle guidance through each stage of the process. The workshop is suitable for complete beginners as well as those with a love of plants and design.
As you build your terrarium, you will learn about balance, light and moisture, while enjoying the calm, meditative nature of the process. The finished piece makes a striking addition to your home or a thoughtful gift for someone special.
Guests are welcome to bring along a small plant or personal object to incorporate into their terrarium, adding a personal touch and making the piece uniquely yours. The evening is as much about relaxing and connecting as it is about creating.
By the end of the workshop, you will leave with a beautifully finished closed terrarium and the confidence to care for it at home. A lasting reminder to slow down and enjoy the small moments.
