Nestled in the grounds of Meanwood Park, Three Cottages is an independent café, bar and restaurant with a story rooted in the former Meanwoodside estate. The surrounding parkland was once part of the private Meanwoodside estate, landscaped during the 19th century and later opened for the people of Leeds to enjoy.

Our characterful stone building is believed to have formed part of the estate’s service buildings, giving Three Cottages a connection to the history of the park that still surrounds us today.

Now, it’s a place to settle in for breakfast or lunch, enjoy a proper Sunday roast, stop by for locally roasted coffee and cake, or spend a long afternoon over drinks in the garden and terrace. With woodland walks and Meanwood Park quite literally on our doorstep, we welcome families, walkers, friends and four-legged visitors throughout the week — whether you’re joining us for a quick coffee or making an afternoon of it.
