Planning a big bash, heartfelt get-together, or special celebration? Our place is perfect for groups of 20 or more. With indoor seating in our cozy restaurant and bar or outdoor options on our terrace garden, we’ve got the space to make your event awesome.

Room hire fee of £200 to secure your booking.
Minimum spend requirements for use of bar £500
Average spend per private hire ranges from £900 upwards so this is easily met!
Maximum capacity of 100 people standing.
Minimum capacity to host 20 people
Private hire is available from 4pm only and not on Sundays. If you would like to book a larger group during the day, please contact us.
If you have a smaller group then we can cater for groups of up to 20 at a table dining with any of our regular menus.
FOOD OPTIONS
Sit down meals for over 20 people can use restaurant space dining with our regular menus or our three course dining menu options (pre order and pre-authorsied deposit required).
Breakfast, brunch and lunch are served 09:00-16:00.
Lunch starts from 12:00
Buffet menu Available Monday to Saturday after 4pm. 20 + guests minimum to use this option.
No outside catering is permitted when using this space. If you would like to bring a cake, there will be a small fee.
Terms & Conditions
You have the option of connecting to our sound system and playing your own music playlist.
Live music or DJ can be organised by yoursleves or we can assist.
All equipment must be PAT tested.
We’re happy to let you decorate the space to suit your event. However, we do not allow the use of tape or blu tack on the wallpaper or paintwork. We also kindly ask that no confetti, glitter or any similar products, are used. A fee will be incurred for damages.

Private events in our function space or terrace are only available to be booked by people over the age of 18. We allow people under the age of 18 in the venue for family events. We do ask that they are supervised at all times. Please note that if anyone under the age of 18 is seen consuming alcohol that reserve the right to ask them, and anyone sharing alcohol, to leave the premises immediately.
As we’re located within Meanwood Park, a strict noise policy is in place. This means no audible sound outdoors, and our team will manage and monitor doors throughout your event to ensure compliance.
If you have guests aged between 18 and 25 attending, please ask them to bring valid photo ID with them on the day.
